Lianfa Group Section A of Project B in Phase III Site in Hongtang South Area is Handed Over Ahead of Schedule

Supported and coordinated by Tong'an District Party Committee and District Government, Hongtang Town Government, etc., the acquisition and demolition team of Project Management Company of Lianfa Group made steady efforts and worked around the clock to fully complete the project in only three months from signing, relocation, handover to demolition. On April 15, the whole Section A of Project B in Phase III Site in Hongtang South Area was handed over in advance, which set a new record for the acquisition and demolition in Tong'an District.
The section is reported to cover 567,400 m2, with a floor area of about 322,300 m2. The acquisition involves 241 residential houses and 11 state-owned enterprise land parcels, and 84 operating enterprises, including the largest single-site relocation project of state-owned land in Tong'an District at one time.
