C&D Real Estate Group & Lianfa Group both made it to the list of the top 50 real estate development enterprises with brand value in 2022.

Results from the "2022 Real Estate Enterprise Brand Value Evaluation," conducted by E-House China R&D Institute (Shanghai), were released on October 27th. C&D Real Estate Group and Lianfa Group, both owned by C&D Group, made it to the top 50.
In particular, C&D Real Estate Group was ranked 13th and had a brand value of 25.3 billion yuan, and Lianfa Group was ranked 34th, with a brand value of 14.1 billion. Meanwhile, as one of Xiamen's new decoration projects, Lianfa Yueshangju also won the "2022 Excellent Real Estate Brand Project".
