Xiamen Humanity Hospital Initiates the First Clinical Study on the Safety of accelerator-based BNCT for Tumor Patients

Recently, China's first Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) Center in Xiamen Humanity Hospital initiated the first clinical study on the safety for tumor patients. As the first adoption of accelerator-based BNCT technology in hospitals, it marks China's breakthrough in BNCT and signifies that China has become the world's second country following Japan which is capable of using accelerator-based BNCT technology.
