C&D Inc. Awarded the "Best Information Disclosure Prize" in the Sixth China IR Annual Awards

The Sixth China Excellent IR Selection announced the results recently, according to which Xiamen C&D Inc. (600153.SH) won the "Best Information Disclosure Prize" for the fifth consecutive year. The selection has become one of the most professional focusing on investor relations (IR) of domestically listed companies, and 500 listed companies participated this year.
Integrating compliance with flexibility, C&D Inc. adds voluntary information disclosure on top of statutory disclosure requirements to provide investors in the capital market with more basis for reasonable judgment of its value. In the future, C&D Inc. will continue to optimize its information disclosure management system and improve the quality of information disclosure.
