On May 20th, Consumer Goods Group of C&D Inc. (600153.SH) , through its subsidiary C&D Merchandise, signed an agreement with the Kunshan Development Zone in Jiangsu Province for the "C&D Merchandise Coffee Sales Headquarters Project.” This project marks a significant milestone in its strategic deployment in the new consumer sector, initiating a collaborative chapter with Kunshan. It will leverage Kunshan's unique advantages to engage in the import, export, and distribution of high-end food products like coffee, providing supply chain services to renowned brands such as Luckin Coffee.
